Student Grievances

STUDENT GRIEVANCE 

If the student feels their rights have been violated, the following procedures should be followed: 

• Try to resolve the issue with the other person involved 

• If not resolved, contact instructor to help resolve the issue 

• If matter is still not resolved the student may submit a written request of their grievance for

further review. Foundation Billing and Medical Coding, LLC will review the process and make

final decisions.

Attempting to resolve any issue with the School first is strongly encouraged. Complaints may be filed at any time with the Division of Private Occupational Schools (DPOS) within two years from the student’s last date of attendance at http://highered.colorado.gov/dpos, 303-862-3001.
